   Birds like children are all different....you'll have to find the right one 
for you.  I have had people tell me that CAG's are "nippy", and that Scalet's 
will get the same way as they age.....there's probably did, but I haven't run 
into any like that.  I think you'll just have to find one that you can feel 
comfortable with, and a bonding before you buy one.   Mines a real 
weetheart,
and does talk a bit, but not much.  He has a sing-song type of voice...when 
e
says hello, it's more like a high pitched HELlooo in a sing-song fashion.  
He loves to cuddle, and be held close.....
