Also in Canada where the price of cigarettes is $5 a pack mob smuggling of 
cigs is commonplace and turf wars are erupting there (or have been there for 
quite some time.)
Great when you are really ADDICTED to a product and HAVE to have it. As a 
former cig smoker I tried quitting SCORES of times.
