There is a freeware 32-bit Pascal compiler floating around for OS/2; I'm
not sure how Borland compatible it is, but I'd imagine it'd be reasonably
compatible.
Also, there are ye olde BP4OS2 patches that enable Borland Pascal with
Objects 7.0 to produce 16-bit OS/2 applications (both text and PM).
