As you have eluded to above, the desire for all this newer
hardware is more relevant to those absorbed by the idea they
can steal all the videos and music they want to. Not unlike the
request for 'better' encryption generally points to a user with
a huge porno collection he needs to keep hidden from co-workers
or the wife.
