The following is a door that will do it (and then some):

                            address book for all BBSs. Allows users to keep a
                            list of e-mail addresses on the BBS and assign a
                            note to each address if desired. Users may choose
                            the number of the address and their message is
                            automatically addressed. IMPORTS NEW ADDRESSES
                            FROM NETMAIL, includes a FULL Screen editor, and
                            support for CARBON COPIES, supports ZONE 
ATCHING,
                            NetMail and file attaches and e-mail via GUUCP
