You can look at it this way: Who's more likely to spy on you, Russia or 
the USA? If Russia then use a USA A/V; if USA then you are probably 
better off with a Russian A/V. We already know the USA spies on all its 
citizens. That Russia spies on all USA citizens is debatable...
