Just as a point of information, you can't toggle the private bit on EchoMail 
messages.  Even if you do, it will be toggled off along their way, and we'll 
all be snooping anyway.  
I would suggest NetMail, with the Private bit on...  unless that's what you 
meant.
While on the subject, tell us something about CN Legal Arts.  I've not heard 
of it.
