IMO, taking all the various abilities of the following characters into
consideration:
1) Venom should be able to beat Spider-man.  He doesn't set off
Spidey's "spider-sense"... and that should give him all he needs to
launch a vicious attack on Spider-man.
2) Spider-man should be able to beat the Punisher.  Spidey's "spider-
sense" would warn him of any sniper attack... and the Punisher isn't
going to be able to do much webbed up against a wall.
3) Wolverine should be able to beat Spider-man.  With his tracking
senses, Wolverine should be able stay on Spidey's track even though
Spidey's "Spider-sense" should warn him of any attack.  The shere
ferocity of Wolverine's attack should give him the advantage.
4) Actually, I tend to think that a Spidey/Capt. America fight would
end in a draw.  They both have super-strength, are extremely agile and
are excellent hand-to-hand combatants... so, IMO, it comes down to
Spidey's webbing vs. Cap's shield.  It could go either way, IMO.
5) Hulk should smash Spidey into tiny pieces... although Spidey should
be able to stay out of harms way for a while using his agility.

1) Venom should be able to beat Captain America.  Venom is an
incredibly vicious character when he needs to be.  That should allow
him to beat Cap in a fight.  I just don't see Cap throwing his shield
at Venom achieving much.
2) Captain America should beat the Punisher.  The shield and his
lightning-sharp reflexes should keep him out of harm's way.
3) Captain America could probably take Wolverine.  Cap's hand-to-hand
combat training should allow him to counter any of Wolverine's
attacks.
4) The Hulk should be able to beat Captain America in a fight.  The
shield is only going to be an annoyance to old Jade Jaws.  Eventually,
as with Spider-man, the Cap is going to end up in the Hulk's grip...
and when that happens, it's going to get messy...

1) An impressive arsenal or not, Frank Castle is going down in any
fight with Venom.
2) I believe that, due to his super-natural origins, Ghost Rider would
be able to beat Venom in a fight.
3) The Juggernaut is the embodiment of "the unstoppable force".
Coupled with his mystical origins (the Cyttorak gemstone), I think
he'd eventually beat Venom.

1) Both are savy trackers, hunters and both are excellent hand-to-hand
combatants... but Wolverine has something the Punisher just doesn't...
his feral side.  Guns aren't going to help the Punisher against that
kind of attack (besides, Wolverine's healing factor should keep him
from sustaining any life-threatening injuries).
2) I think Ghost Rider (thanks to his super-natural powers) would beat
Wolverine.
3) Wolverine vs. Venom is a battle I'm going to have to give to Venom.
They're both ferocious characters... but even with his claws, there
are any number of ways Venom could still kill Wolverine if he wanted
to.
4) I think the Hulk would beat Wolverine... and without his adamantium
skeleton & claws, quite easily too.  His problem is a similar one
faced by Cap & Spidey.  He can stay out of the Hulk's grasp for a
while... but eventually, it's gonna end with the Hulk "popping"
Wolvie's head off like a kid does to a dandylion...

1) The Hulk would squash the Punisher.  In the past, the Hulk has gone
up against entire armies and won.  One guy, even with the impressive
arsenal at the Punisher's disposal, isn't even going to slow him down,
IMO.
2) I would probably give a battle between the Hulk and Ghost Rider to
Ghost Rider.  I just have to believe that the super-natural could
overcome almost anything science could throw at it.
3) This depends.  In a strength match, the Hulk would win... but
there's still that mystically enhanced "unstoppable force" aspect to
Juggernaut which would tip the scales to his favour, IMO.
4) The Hulk, with his super-dense skin, should be able to beat the
Werewolf.

     I don't know anything about Deadpool... so I can't really comment
on him.

     IMO, Daredevil could probably be beaten by just about anybody on
your list.  After all, he's a physically unenhanced human with radar
senses replacing his vision.  Sure he's agile... and an excellent
hand-to-hand combatant.  However, most of the guys you mentioned are a
lot stronger than Daredevil... and have powers on top of all that.
However to be charitable, I'm more than willing to accept that DD
might stand a chance of beating the Punisher and Werewolf By Night in
a fight.  Maybe he could beat Captain America on a good day too.
