We've got a similar service here now. Some spam still slips through - and
that "Symantec" virus did as well, at least once, but the volume
is way down. But even on it's loosest settings, one of our customers had
the unhappy experience of discovering that it was blocking almost all of
her YahooGroups e-mail.... We gave her another non-blocked address and
recommended she use it for nothing else.
