AB> How do I get a recipe into Now You're cooking?

AB> That is with reference to posted messages with recipes in them.

This is a WAG as I use a different program but try saving a
message, the whole message not just the recipe or a group of
messages to a text file. Periodically use the import function in your
recipe program to read that text file. It should extract and import
all the MM and MC formatted recipes automatically.

If you see and like a free hand unformatted recipe, save it to a
different text file. Then open the text file and edit it as follow:

--MM
blank line
recipe name
blank line
list of ingredients
blank line
the directions
---

Hopefully NYC will recognise that as an importable recipe. If not
search for and download a little freeware program called MMCONV that
will format the above for you.

If none of that works I imagine that NYC comes with documentation or
else has it online on their website.

Cheers

Jim
