Hello Carol! 30 Dec 02 13:35, you wrote to me: PS>> Then you must have acquired one. I seem to recall having to repeat somethin'er other at'ya due CS> to mine . You have a nice voice Carol.. I think if we live in one spot long enough we tend to pick up portions of the prevelant accent.. As one so well travelled because of the Navy, I am sure you can attaest to the fact that every portion of the country has one accent or another.. I used to live in Northern Va, go west or south one county and the populations had a southern type accent, go into Maryland and another, go into the Northeast, you have the New Jersey, New York and Massachussetts accents. The accents of those from Minnesota and Wisconsin are scratchy, those in the midwest are boomy.. and I could go on.. Phil is right I probably picked up some sort of accent, just not concious of it, but believe you me, there are people who sound really suthern.. == Ross BBS -> http://www.the-estar.com - telnet://the-estar.com rosscassell{at}mailshell.com | ICQ = 5305939 ...
