Although there are *some* changes to the code generator between 1.0 and
2.0, they are mainly due to language changes, such as correcting the
distinction between `char', `signed char', and `unsigned char'. There
are very few, if any, optimiser changes.
Other things in BC++ 2.0 :
OWL/PM
"32-bit pure" version of the compiler (no thunking)
Text mode debugger (in addition to the PM version)
Resource converter for converting resources from Windows to PM
