Cindy McCain actually works in the trenches. She doesn't sit behind a desk
telling others to do her bidding. Her money comes from her father's beer
distribution company. He borrowed money to start the business after she was
born.

None of her money came from the poor or sick. Only an idiot would think
that the poor and sick have anything wealthy people want to take. The
McCains have helped more poor and sick in a month than you will ever help
in your entire lifetime. They continue to help the sick and the poor and
Cindy risks her own life to help them. She went to Rwanda and helped feed
the starving while there was still fighting going on. She has been to Sudan
helping feed the starving there.

She has been all over the world helping to feed and cloth the poor and heal
the sick. She does not take from them, she gives her all to help them.

Cindy McCain is a major part of and contributor to. It was her work for
Operation Smile that took her to India to work with Mother Teresa in the
