  Newtown always had that, and it was even better when the trams were
still running. It was cheap accomodation close to the Hospital and
Uni, but the poofters moving in was what sent the prices skyrocketing.

  (grin) It's the same here. The house is worth $300K on the market
and the land is valued at $264K. That's one of the reasons I can't get
enthused about insurance.
