I only know of two.  The one you mention, and the one where she first
meets him.  He may make a cameo in episodes in-between, though.
 
I do know that he appeared as part of a trivia question during one
of the "clip shows."  It was the one where they ask which popular
Simpson characters had died in the past year.  Then, when they come
back from commercial, they tell you that Dr. Monroe and Bleeding Gums
are actually incorrect answers, as they were "never popular."
