Right.  I meant as far as the educational system goes.  Perhaps that was 
unclear.

Besides, I'd rather see the present debate than Republicans of the past 
hacking happily away at student loans and education programs while beefing up 
the budgets of an even less educated Defense Department (if that's possible).
