I find that VERY hard to believe. That is called an 'air frost'
and is rare here, tho it certainly happens every year. I find it
hard to believe that you see that 'often' when measured properly
in a stevenson screen. I bet the official figures dont say that.
And I dont mean the official Bris site either.
