Seconded. Let's drop this shitty

nobody any good; let's just be happy that the Spirit is *gone*, and that
something else (*anything* else) will replace it at some stage in the
future.
Like Paul, I'm slightly annoyed that our modems won't initially connect at
higher than 26,400bps; however, given the >3,000cps rates that we're
getting (even files greater than 100Kb), I'm not complaining. *Big*
improvement over previous arrangements.
