Weight control or other health issues? The recipe that
the newcomer Benjamin posted would work, and the 
following would be good if you substituted nut flour
for the regular.

Mozzarella marinara
categories: celebrity, dairy, starter
yield: 1 batch

16 oz mozzarella cheese in 1/4" slices 
1/2 c flour 
2 eggs, slightly beaten 
1 c herbed, seasoned bread crumbs 
Olive oil 
10 1/2 oz cn pizza sauce 
2 oz cn flat anchovies 

Dip cheese into egg, flour and back into egg 
(moisten all surfaces). Pack bread crumbs 
against cheese and place on a plate in a 
freezer for 20 min. Pour 1/2" oil in a frying 
pan. When very hot, add cold cheese slices and 
brown both sides crisp. Drain on paper towel. 

To serve, top with warmed sauce and an anchovy 
strip.
