BG> Something is VERY wrong at your end, Paul.
PE> Yeah, I'm running a courier.
BG> Piss it off then. You've already made up your mind anyway.
Further to my previous message, Bill, where is this huge amount
of support available to me? Quite frankly, the way you made it
sound, I'd have the head technician of USR flying out from the
USA to do line tests etc on the first sign of a problem with my
Courier. As it stands, I have hooked into the USR_MODEMS echo,
but so far I haven't even seen any traffic from outside zone 3!
And actually, the only information provided in the echo so far
has been from *me*!!!
Let me guess, I have to call someone on the other side of the
world to get an answer to these problems? Been there, done
that, with Digicom. No thanks. And you wonder why I wanted
someone a local call away? Sheesh. BFN. Paul.
P.S. Actually, I see there is a little bit more information
than that which I provided.
P.P.S. I will post a message in the USR echo, just in case there
is some invisible USR tech support person out there.
