Well, we didn't win, but we are getting closer!  One of the 
problems is that Bob's boat heavily needs it bottom cleaned.  
From what my friend, Steve, said, it looks like a primorial 
forest in it's near maturity...

OK, I'll give you 2 strokes a side..  (That's probably too low, 
as I haven't played a round in over 5 years now...)  We can 
adjust it after the first nine, as I'm sure I'll need it a bit 
more in my favor!  
BTW, worked out a similar system with an old room mate of mine.  
I got strokes based on 1/2 the difference in handicap.  However, 
I was able to take a stroke on the holes I selected, rather than 
based on the course handicap.  Over all, it was a wash, with 
him winning some, me winning some, and a couple of tied matches.  
The final talley was based on holes one, not aggragate score.  
... When in doubt, go for a sail..
