Not having a lot of luck here. Apparently, the 4X4 of that era had 6 hole 15 
inch. Seems people that have them aren't prone to part with them. I thought 
the 6 hole for cars ended in early fifties or even earlier. Weren't those 16 
inch way back then too?

That would be good. Should be an abundance of tires available in similar size

That's been suggested by junk yard dealers I've talked to. Have found only 
one at a tire shop here so far. I'd like to buy in pairs though.
I'm also in bad need of front fenders too. Locally I've been quoted $160 Cdn 
for the kind (metal) that come in two halves. I've never seen these or done 
much body work. Not sure how they go on or what's involved here. I restored 
this truck in '80 but I simply welded in patches. I don't want to go this 
route again. Fiberglass types are real pricey and I have no knowledge of 
suitability or anyone that has experience with these.
I called a place in California and they quoted $90 for what sounded like the 
same thing. However shipping and exchange duties etc to Canada will bring the 
cost to about the same.
