I dunno. I was looking for a "complete" Windows/program package for offline
reading to recommend to people. Adding a full program like MultiMail just for
packing is overkill. Meanwhile, I misread SemPoint's BW packing. The
"packing" is done with common archivers. So, what Sempoint actually does is
create the BW style message internally.

I see that someone already responded and even sent you the program. Just be
aware, that SemPoint appears to be 16bit/Win, but it works in my Win/XP test
setup just fine.
