So? Negative control of a semi is a rare exception to the rule. I don't
understand your exclusionary point, I guess.
I'm sure somewhere, a wayward semi ran over an innocent kid sitting in his
own front yard minding his own business, dreaming of great things to come.
So we string up the driver by his lugnuts, but we don't outlaw semi's and
revert back to nags and buggies..........
Do feel free to make your point clear.
