  These three lines make no sense to me.   You must be responding to
  something, but you do not say what.

  They will have a role when the policy revision is voted on, as is
  clearly stated in the existing policy.   The fact that they do not
  have a role in voting to bring the policy revision to referendum is
  also clearly stated in P4.07.  They (and other sysops) can certainly
  voice an opinion on the revision here.  They (and other sysops) can
  certainly voice an opinion with their RCs.
