Originally there were two ports of GCC to OS/2. GCC/2 was discontinued
sometime last year in favour of Eberhard Mattes' port, EMX C++.

You can get hold of EMX C++ from any good OS/2 files site, including
Fernwood (1:141/109.0) and OS/2 Shareware (1:109/347.0). You can also
get it from my bossnode here (2:440/4.0) and from the home nodes of
several stalwarts of the OS2PROG echo, such as Mike Bilow and hugo
  landsman. FREQ FILES for details.

EMX C++ is also available on the "Hobbes OS/2 Ready-to-Run" CD-ROM from
Walnut Creek CD-ROM, in a form that allows you to run the compiler
  directly from the CD-ROM.

So next time someone asks about GCC and EMX, you won't have an excuse to
say that there "isn't an OS/2 version" and that you didn't know where to
  look, will you ?
