Well folks, it looks like a lot of people are running non-compliant mail
softwares out there (where non-compliant means that they delete in-transit
mail on the spurious grounds that two messages from me on the same day
with the same subject must be "duplicates").

Out of pity for the unfortunate people running such broken software, I've
changed the subject lines of the booklist and reposted.  My apologies to
those of you who are running software that does *correct* dupe detection
(either FTS-0009 or *full* message comparison), since you will have had to
carry the booklist twice.
