Let's give it a little more time ... the past 24 hrs 4 more RC's have
wandered (and maybe wondered) in here so if they all ask for a referendum
after having learned from the proposed changes then the vote/referendum can
be set-up without special interpretation of P4, hence without that kind
"illegal"-discussions ... not that there will be none but at
least we will have followed the rules in the book and the policy-crunchers
will not have that one argument to crunch on.
