I use IPMD from CSet. It works fine for PM applications when set to asyncronous
debug mode. If this mode is on IPMD responds most WM_ messages while your
application is stopped so message queue never becomes full. I suspect that
debugger from VisualAge C++ is even more convenient, but I'm still failed to
run
it, it causes access violation right after debugee loaded into it :-(
