It is likely that because you and Klahn live on the other side of the
country you may not have heard the talk that was going round when the
Governator was first elected of changing the Constitution so that he could
become POTUS. Arnold is a good enough governor and probably wouldn't be too
bad a POTUS, but I don't want them changing the constitution in order to
effect that. Arnold is an American citizen
so simply being a *CITIZEN* isn't qualification enough.
