Hi everyone,

After a short (who said that?!?!) delay, I am back on-line,
though only using point software for the moment.

I see many of you RC's have checked in, and I will make
a note of each one as you ACK in.  There are still many
missing, but it will take some time to get everybody connected
(and motivated).

As you may have heard, my HD crashed and I lost everything,
including my P4 amendment proposal archives.  All I have
is the synopsis I sent you earlier this year.

Once we have a fairly representitive number of RC's joining,
I'll post it and (once I find one) a copy of the proposal.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Ward for his interest
and motivating force in this effort.  With diligence and due
responsibility, we can begin to bring Policy more in line
with current times and standards.
