no, but I have looked at playgound push type merry go rounds, a 
disk a dozen feet maybe in diameter with hand rails to grab on to 
after pushing it off. 
 
I wouldn't be surprised if you could not use a car's front spindle 
with maybe 10 tons [no vibration or potholes, so it should take
that amount of weight] and a low RPM.
