Hm.. do you decide what to do with your income that is taxed? So, you really 
don't decide where the money you earn goes, or maybe just about 70% of it or 
so. What about if you don't have very much money? Then you have no choice 
again, since you *must* spend your money on simple survival. 
Meanwhile, someone is "earning" $70 million for a thirty second television 
commercial.
