Oh brilliant, I just loaded up these "great new roms", and
do I get the permanent 26400 connects from you?  No, I get
a 21600, what looks like a failed connect, then a 12000,
a failed call, then 19200.  Have you been stuffing around
with your modem?  I know this is sounding monotonous, we
both know it's a USR bug, but I have to ask anyway.
