  Borland's WWW and FTP sites are no use to OS/2 programmers.  They do not
  mention the OS/2 product at all.  They certainly don't contain any
  patches.

  The *only* place to find patches for Borland C++ for OS/2 is the Borland
  forum on CompuServe.
