He was actually on the right track, although 16øC is a tad cooler than I'd
have had in mind.  It's certainly more productive to work in temperatures
under 20øC though, and I've actually seen this documented somewhere or
other.

ROFL!  We used to do that at Chandlers too, and it must have cost them a
fortune in unnecessary service calls from Carrier.  :)
