There is no valid reason to send the word "RING" at 57600, and
the word "OK" at 38400.  If they meant to do that, then it is
simply fucked by design.  It's amazing how these zealots have
so much difficulty seeing UNDISPUTABLE FLAWS.  BFN.  Paul.
