They can be used for dupe checking, but Paul obviosly wasn't sing them when
Christian pulled  his big boo boo.

It was my understanding also, but it would appear that there are a LOT od
sysops who don't dupe check.

I had an old packet from the end of the drought turn up 2 weeks later, and
the PKT was ALL dupes!!!
