BTW, the previous latest Citibank stuffup was that I sent
them a fax to get an interest-in-advance loan, which had been
recently been introduced, and was sent back a reply saying
that it was not available at this time.  I rang up the guy who
sent me the letter, and asked him where he got his information,
and he got it in a reply that was sent to me 3 months earlier!!!

He took a lot of convincing before he agreed that Citibank had
such a loan available NOW even though it didn't THREE MONTHS AGO.

The latest stuffup is that they stopped my automatic payments
of my current interest-only loan.  This is actually of advantage
to me, so long as they don't reverse the situation before June 17,
as I am right on the edge of money working itself out.  Like it's
so close that we may have to live on the existing weeties for
breakfast and dinner to get around the tightness!
