PE> And here is another problem.
DD> What's wrong with it?
Same problem I have, David B's modem is failing to connect to
USR's at 28800, whilst connecting to other Netcomms at 28800.

PE> And another.
DD> Problem is at other end
How would you know?
PE> Well, I see it's nothing specific to my USR. BFN. Paul.
DD> Do you honestly expect a 33,600 connect with every modem that tries to
DD> connect with you, or you with it?
No, I expect that David Begley would have managed to get at
least one 28800 connect though, instead of locked it at 26400
first time every time. BFN. Paul.
