Recently, someone (I forget who) was complaining about the
"jerkyness" of os/2 when doing a "dir /s" in a vio
window.

After having upgraded by motherboard & video (pci mach64 now) I have a
new comment: It is the hardware cursor support in the video frim/hardware
that causes the "problem". It is _only_ the cursor that is
jerky; all other os/2 video updating is _very_ smooth.

I saw smoother response when using my old mach32 with the 8514/a drivers
(the 8514/a does not support a hardware cursor).
