IBM's compiler comes with a profiler that will do this, sort of.

It comes with a special set of "redirection" libraries called
_DOSCAL.LIB, _PMWIN.LIB and _PMGPI.LIB.  This libraries cause an event to
be logged in the profiling database when the program runs.

After your program has terminated,  you can use the profile analysis tools
to see which (and when,  if you like) the calls were made.
