I say "purported" since I haven't seen it yet and obviously didn't
get it.

Here in Colorado, we have the "make my day" law. If he's in MY home
uninvited, he might have a meeting with either Dr. Barretta (.40 S&W cal)
from either me or my wife, or Drs. Sig and Sauer (.380 cal) from me. 
Figuratively speaking, he HAS made my day since he's incoherent much 
of the time.
