Subject: WP and ASCII files
In addition to what Dave Andrews has already said, you may try importing
your ASCII document with the WordPerfect Control F5 key.  You can use it
to import a DOS text file and ignore hard returns which are at the right
end of the margin.  In WordPerfect 5.1, the key sequence is Control F5,
1, and then 3.  This will greatly improve the problem, but not eliminate
it.
