short).
If possible, please turn off your caps lock before typing a message. Messages 
that are typed in all caps are difficult to read.  Also, posting in all caps 
is considered "shouting".  If you are "visually challenged" such that you 
need to type in all caps to be able to see what you are typing, then we will 
understand the all caps posting from you as medically necessary.
