Ah.  You forgot SuSE.  I am not sure which one out of the two is more
bloated.  Actually they are all getting to be too much but like you said in
a previous post, there are some distributions where a minimal install is
still doable.

I can be that way and still not bloat the system.  However I do like to
tweak etc. so having a compiler handy never hurts my feelings any.  I doubt
I'd still be using computers if that wasn't true.  I have yet to see an
'out-of-the-box' install I would use for any length of time.  I'd get bored
with it too fast.
