One thing. Note that the numbers are Percent Figures. 10% of MaH for
Charging, 5% of MaH for Floating.
And the current dosen't have to be precision.
That is why I metioned that a simple Resister that would limit the
"Short Circuit" output of the power supply to 10% or 5% will work. Of
course a actual series current regulator circuit is better.
