 IF talking individual cells it is the Cell Mah. IF talking about a
 series string battery pack it is the MaH of the Lowest rated Single
 cell. Althouhg That is HIGHLY discouraged. The Cells in a pack Must be
 the same MaH or you are asking for trouble, premature failure of the
 battery pack.
For critical applications, like life Critical Medical equipment, they
actualy put each cell through several Charge/Discharge cycles and them
match the cells in eack pack as closely as possable.
