IF talking individual cells it is the Cell Mah. IF talking about a series string battery pack it is the MaH of the Lowest rated Single cell. Althouhg That is HIGHLY discouraged. The Cells in a pack Must be the same MaH or you are asking for trouble, premature failure of the battery pack.
