I don't believe there is any setting for CR/LF.  Maybe this whole matter is in
the internal BW support here.  Meanwhile, SemPoint *does* offer the option to
specify an external BW packer of choice.

(This is going back to you via RBB's Concord system - which does not seem to
balk at the BW reply packets that I send.)

I'll try this process on another BBS (!Concord & !BBBS) that supports BW and
has this echo.
