| subject: | TCP/IP in OS/2? |
At 04.05.96 Eric Theriault squeezed among other things this out of his/her keyboard: ET> aweful Win-OS/2 program. However, I need informion on exactly how they ET> implemented it. Someone has stated that it is exactly like UNIX systems, I can't tell you exactly, how they implemented it - they did it much like UNIX but there are minor differences. ET> (Again, I'm currently using EMX, and don't plan to have IBM's VisualAge ET> soon). If you are using EMX than you have all you need. EMX comes with the BSD-Headers for TCP/IP adapted to work with the IBM TCP/IP 2.0+ and the IBM IAK. Get the archives bsddev.zip and bsddoc.zip for EMX and there should be everything you need (even the informations). Until the next mail..., Stefan. http://www.ruhr.de/home/acme2/ PGP fingerprint = 87 D0 06 F5 0F 20 C2 93 5A 38 3A 40 35 EA 36 20 --- FleetStreet 1.15+* Origin: ACME Development +49-231-523397 (VFC,OS/2) (2:2444/1404) SEEN-BY: 50/99 78/0 270/101 620/243 711/401 409 410 413 430 808 809 934 955 SEEN-BY: 712/407 515 517 628 713/888 800/1 7877/2808 2809 @PATH: 2444/1404 8000 5 24/888 396/1 270/101 712/515 711/808 809 934 |
